We will not take requests to switch buses. Please email 203665@students.srvusd.net if you do not see your name or if there is an issue that needs to be resolved.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE THE TRIP?

• Read the official Grad Night rules here. This tells you want you can and can’t bring, plus other info. Security is very strict. This is not a trip to test the rules.

• Check your BUS ASSIGNMENTS!

• Download the DISNEYLAND APP so you can link your ticket to your phone!

• Pack a PORTABLE CHARGER and CABLE (highly recommended!!)

• Join the main disney remind and your chaperone’s remind (found on the bus roster)!

What time are we leaving the school?

1:45am! Make sure to meet at the main gym at 1am. IF YOU ARE LATE, WE ARE LEAVING WITHOUT YOU!

When is GradNite?

May 17 to 18! You can park hop anytime BEFORE 9PM. GradNite is from 9pm to 2am at California Adventure Park.

What should I wear to GradNite?

Everyone should wear their FREE disney shirt!

We will be distributing FREE Disney tshirts and pins during lunch in the quad up until MONDAY, May 13. Anyone can get a shirt regardless of if you are going to Disney or not.

If you do not pick up your shirt, we will have them available in the MAIN GYM on the morning of Disney.

Will there be bathrooms on the buses?

There will be no open bathrooms on the buses. Make sure to use the bathroom BEFORE we leave or during the ONE bus stop that we will be making on the ride there.

Are there any open seats on my bus?

No. In fact, you MUST sit 2 people to a row. Chaperones will be sitting in the front rows.

Can I leave items on the bus?

Yes, you can leave personal belongings on the bus at your own discretion.

Can I bring food/water/medication?

Packaged/sealed food is allowed in the park. Also we recommending bringing an EMPTY reusable water bottle. Medication must be carried into the park if it is in its original packaging.

Everyone will receive a $15 voucher (gift card), which can be used for souvenirs and food.

If you have questions about your status, you NEED to call GradWeek 1-800-448-4444.

What if I want to cancel and free up my spot for someone else?

If you would like to cancel, you NEED to email info@istours.com ASAP.

Schedule

• 1:00am Arrive at main gym / Check-in /Orientation

• 1:45am Depart for Disneyland (We will be making 1 stop on the way down)

• 8:00am-ish Arrive in Disneyland

• 9:00pm Head to California Adventure

• 1:00am Meet outside CA Adventure gates and head home
