GIVEAWAYS:

Each attendee will receive a lanyard with event information, a fanny pack, and small prizes. You MUST wear your lanyard at all times during the event. Students will write their first name on the front of their lanyard.

DROP OFFS + PARKING:

Busses should drop off and pick up students in front of the main DVHS gym. For staff and chaperones who are driving, park in the uncovered spots in front of the gym. Please print this parking pass and place it on your dashboard.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS:

Each student will receive a lanyard with the name of a state, country, and continent. These indicate which session your attend. For example, if your lanyard says CALIFORNIA, KOREA, and SOUTH AMERICA, you would attend the CALIFORNIA session during the STATES breakout session, KOREA during the country session time slot and SOUTH AMERICA during the continent session.

Students were randomly assigned sessions. Here is a glossary of the topics and locations. Each topic/session will take place in 2 locations simultaneously (so we could keep the groups smaller).

If you would like to attend a session based on a specific topic, make sure your grab a lanyard with the corresponding state or country.

SCHOOL SUB THEMES:

Since we will be traveling around the world, each of your school has been assigned a subtheme that pertains to a biome or aspect of the universe's topography/geography. Look at your middle school's subtheme and incorporate that into any fun outfits, accessories, etc. to show your spirit! The main idea is to deck out in your school's spirit wear and accessorize according to your school's assigned subtheme.
